This online store is an informational and commercial website. He is owned by VIES Impex Ltd. (For short referred to below - "vs-parts.com")

Its goals are:

 - to provide an opportunity for its users to purchase the ones they are looking for through an online order of them products modern, fast and easy;

 - to facilitate their selection through professional, systematic market analysis and optimization of the products offered in the context of the price / quality ratio for each of them;

 - to realize a service of purchase and sale, warranty and post-warranty service with the most high quality.

Prices and delivery

The prices of all products in the online store are final, in Bulgarian levs including VAT, for one piece, except unless otherwise indicated.

vs-parts.com undertakes to enter into supply contracts only with companies established in the courier services market. This minimizes the possibility of occurrence of hidden and obvious defects in the delivery of products from this online store.

In theory, all products announced for sale and have a set price in the online store are available and their delivery time should be two or three working days depending on zoning on the territory of the country provided for in the conditions of the courier service. The reporting of this period begins:

 - from the date of receipt of the order, if payment for delivery is set in it.

Orders received after 15:00 are considered received on the next business day;

 - from the date of receipt of the transfer, if the order includes payment by bank transfer.

Transfers received after 15:00 are considered received on the next business day.

Registration in the online store is recommended, but not required.

After entering the quantity and pressing the "Buy" button for each of the desired ones products, they go into a virtual shopping cart. Its content can be viewed and edited (change the quantity of the product in the cart and delete a product from the cart) after pressing the "Show cart" button.

The "Enter order" button opens a page with the required fields to be filled in - e-mail address, name, surname, city, phone and confirm with pressing the button below. On the next page you choose and confirm the way on payment - upon delivery, cash on delivery to a representative of the courier "vs-parts.com", which delivers the order, and the costs of cash on delivery are at our expense or in advance, by bank transfer. When selecting the second option, the user receives an e-mail with the bank account to which to transfer the money. When you press the button "Confirm order" opens a page that again shows the selected for purchase products and allows you to send a text message if the customer wants:

 - to add information to your order;

 - to be issued an invoice for the purchase;

 - to be delivered the purchase to an address for a price, which is specified in the e-mail to him and must be confirmed as it is not included in the price of the products you order.

General terms:

By pressing the button "Complete the order", which is located on the last of the series of pages for entering an order, the user makes a statement of intent,

which binds him by virtue of a contract between him and vs-parts.com, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the Rules of Trade (CPTA).

In case of refusal and non-payment of delivery of an order from the online store with cash on delivery, the consumer bears full legal responsibility according to the current legal provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Users of the online store are committed to communicating electronically satisfies their requirements under the law and accept it as equivalent to the information transmitted on paper or orally by telephone.

Registered users of the online store undertake not to provide the data your access to your personal profile (username and password) of third parties.

vs-parts.com is committed to not disseminating personal information to users of the online store outside of "vs-parts.com" and the persons or companies hired to provide courier services for delivery of orders.

vs-parts.com may refuse to execute orders at its discretion.

 - unforeseen depletion of stocks;
